Terms of Service
1.Acceptance
By using Todo at https://todo.motaz-abuelnasr.workers.dev/, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Todo.
2.Service description
Todo is a personal task-management web app with optional Google Calendar integration. The core app runs in your browser, with data stored in your browser's localStorage. Some features may be offered as paid premium upgrades in the future.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Todo. To purchase or subscribe to any paid premium features, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By starting a paid subscription, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4.Acceptable use
When using Todo, you agree that you will not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is already publicly available.
- Abuse the OAuth token-exchange endpoint or any other Todo endpoint — keep usage within reasonable, normal-user rate limits.
- Use Todo to violate any applicable law or to infringe any third party's rights.
5.Google Calendar integration
When you connect Google Calendar to Todo, you grant Todo (the code running in your browser) permission to read your calendar via Google's APIs, under the read-only scope calendar.readonly. You can revoke this permission at any time, either through Todo's Settings → Calendar → Disconnect Google Calendar, or directly at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is read and where it is stored.
6.No warranty
Todo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The author makes no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of any data displayed, fitness for any specific purpose, or that the service will remain available.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of Todo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of data, loss of productivity, loss of profits, or service interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, Todo. To the extent any direct liability cannot be disclaimed, total liability is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid for use of Todo in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) US$50.
8.Termination
You may stop using Todo at any time; simply close the tab and, optionally, clear your browser data. The author may modify, suspend, or discontinue Todo, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Sections that by their nature survive termination — including the disclaimers in sections 6 and 7 — will survive.
9.Changes to these terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The Effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Because Todo has no user accounts, we cannot notify you individually — checking this page is the canonical way to see the current version. Continued use of Todo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10.General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms are interpreted under generally applicable consumer-protection principles. Any dispute should be raised first via email to the contact below; the parties will attempt to resolve the matter informally before any other action.
